El Flaco premieres in Texas

The documentary short, El Flaco gets officially selected for the Plaza Classic Film Festival in El Paso, Texas and will premiere at El Paso’s Downtown Plaza Theater this August 14th. Producer and Director, Krisstian de Lara will be answering questions from the audience right after the screening.

De Lara hopes to bring attention to the unheard voices of male prostitutes and the possible lives of many across Mexico. Lastly, de Lara looks forward on sharing the challenges he faced when filming due to the complexity of the topic.

El Flaco is a five minute documentary featuring a male prostitute who pays for police protection to be able to work in downtown streets of Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, produced by Kn2s Productions.
