Julie Kendall, who plays ‘Edna’ in Sub Rosa, a short film produced by Kn2s Productions, speaks about the creation and nature of such dramatic scenes and the overall impact on the big screen.
Sub Rosa tells the story of a teen boy bullied by his father to grow up. During the course of a summer, events transpire that cause the teenage boy to fall in love with his step-mother, creating a spiraling conflict between the love of his step-mother and his father’s life. It’s a story about paternal and romantic love and the clash between them.
Kendall gets up close and personal in the Official interview regarding her inner feelings when filming the most difficult scenes and his collaboration with the Director, Krisstian de Lara, and fellow actors, Mario Temes and Mario Nalini. In addition, Kendall shares her thoughts about her initial reaction when she saw the film for the first time and reflects on Edna’s character on what she takes away from her into her life.
